Ethical Code


As learning and developing organization, we feel the responsibility of cultivating the value of our entire society. By our own acting we wish to influence positively the general business environment and in particular the experiential learning and human development sector. We are aware of the ethical principles in life and business and want to contribute to this topic in our own way. In our effort to ensure maximum transparency, we are committed to observing the following basic standards:
  • To build a good reputation of CSAEL .
  • To promote professional and methodological development in the field.
  • To respect general moral principles and follow the CSAEL Statutes and relevant national legislation during their activities.
  • To respect and abide all their duties and commitments on taxes, accounting and legal compliance with statutory standards set by the government, particularly those governing the business undertaking.
  • To respect and abide all their duties and commitments toward own costumers, keep true and clear communication with costumers, guarantee the quality, safety and morality of delivered services, and refrain from activities supporting corruption.
  • To respect and abide all their duties and commitments toward own business partners, especially keep contracted payment and delivery terms and build mutual trust.
  • To respect and abide all their duties and commitments toward own employees, especially in the field of labor-law relations, working environment, communication, remuneration and equal opportunities.
  • To abide rules of fair competition, especially respect property rights, copyrights and other rights, not to harm the good reputation of competitors and to seek information about competitors only by legal means while observing ethical principles.
  • To fully respect agreements made between CSAEL and other entities .
  • To carry out all the projects on the basis of CSAEL standardized insurance.
  • To respect confidential information and keep business secret.
  • To refrain from participating in another organizations which committed to activities in violation of CSAEL Ethical Code and Statues.
  • To inform CSAAL members about violation of contracts and agreements by third party.
